Find supported embedded credential data without uploading the image.
Presence is different from validation
The checker reports credential data in supported containers. It does not validate cryptographic signatures, issuer trust, signing identity or whether a record has been altered. Use a dedicated verifier for those questions.
Interpret the result
Found means relevant data was detected. Not found applies only to checked structures; partial or unknown results do not prove absence. External manifests are outside this local check. Credentials may preserve useful attribution. Removal is a separate choice and can be blocked. Keeping credential data during another edit does not guarantee a valid signature.
